How to Set Up IPTV on a MAG Box (Quick Guide)

MAG boxes connect to IPTV via a portal URL rather than an app. The setup takes about 3 minutes. You need your portal URL and your box's MAC address.

What You Need

Any MAG box works: MAG 322, 324, 520, 522, or any other Infomir model. You need a subscription that provides a portal URL (some providers give Xtream Codes credentials only, which MAG boxes cannot use directly).

WebflowMT provides a portal URL for all subscriptions. You also need your box's MAC address, which your provider uses to lock the subscription to your device.

Finding Your MAC Address

Your MAC address is on a sticker on the back of the MAG box. It starts with 00:1A:79on all Infomir-built devices. You can also find it in Settings > System Settings > Network on the box.

When you buy a WebflowMT plan, enter this MAC address during checkout so the subscription gets tied to your device. If you forgot, contact support with the address and they will update your account.

Connecting Your MAG Box to the Internet

Go to Settings > System Settings > Network. For a wired connection, select LAN and it connects automatically if your router supports DHCP (most do). For Wi-Fi, select WLAN, pick your network, and enter your password.

Wired is better for IPTV. Wi-Fi works, but live streams are more sensitive to packet loss than video-on-demand. Use Ethernet if your setup allows it.

Entering Your Portal URL

Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals. You see two portal slots. Select Portal 1 Nameand type anything you like (e.g., "WebflowMT"). Then select Portal 1 URL and enter your portal URL.

For WebflowMT, the portal URL format is http://webflowmt.club:8080/c. Your credentials email contains the exact URL for your account. Save the settings and restart the portal (Settings > System Settings > Restart Portal).

Getting Your Portal URL from WebflowMT

After purchase, your credentials arrive by email within minutes. Log in to My Account anytime to find them again. The credentials page shows your portal URL, MAC address status, and subscription expiry date.

Adjusting Video Settings

If you see a black screen after loading your portal, go to System Settings > Video and change the resolution to "Same as Video." This tells the box to match the stream resolution rather than forcing a fixed output, which fixes most black screen issues.

Troubleshooting MAG Box IPTV Issues

Yellow bar but no channels: the box reached the server but cannot load content. Check the portal URL for typos, then restart the portal.

Login screen appears: your MAC address is not registered. Contact WebflowMT support with your MAC address so it can be added to your account.

Buffering: check your internet speed and switch to Ethernet. At least 25 Mbps is needed for reliable HD streams on a MAG box.

Black screen: go to System Settings > Video and set resolution to "Same as Video."
